Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds

Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. In such cases, a replacement will be issued free of charge.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products such as perishable goods, grooming tools, or personalized items cannot be returned for hygiene or custom reasons.
